Vendors

You will receive 3 free match opportunities when joining Cyblink.

When a match occurs, you'll be notified by email and can choose to use one of your credits.

Customers

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Paddle.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle. No partial refunds for the current period.

Marketplace Transactions

Cyblink provides introductions only. We do not process transactions between customers and vendors.

Any service disputes must be resolved directly between the parties.

Commission Refunds

Commission-based billing is not yet active. Once launched, we will update this policy accordingly.
