Accessibility Statement

Last updated: January 2025

1. Commitment to Accessibility

Cyblink Ltd. ("Cyblink", "we", "our", "us") is committed to providing equal access to our website and digital services for individuals with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA and to applicable laws and regulations in relevant jurisdictions, including (where applicable) the EU Web Accessibility Directive, the UK Equality Act, the US Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title III, and analogous international standards.

2. Scope

This Statement covers the public website at www.cyblink.ai and related public pages under that domain. Embedded third-party components, linked external websites, and content not under our control may be governed by separate accessibility policies.

3. Standard of Conformance

Cyblink endeavors to meet WCAG 2.1 AA success criteria. Full conformance is a continual objective. Legacy and user-generated content, as well as certain third-party integrations, may not yet fully conform; remediation is prioritized according to impact and feasibility.

4. Measures Implemented

To promote accessibility, Cyblink has implemented, among other things:

  • Semantic HTML structure; programmatic labels; ARIA attributes where necessary.
  • Keyboard navigability and visible focus indicators.
  • Color-contrast validation and scalable/responsive layouts.
  • Text alternatives for non-text content and descriptive link text.
  • Form labels, error identification, and instructions associated programmatically.
  • Testing through a combination of automated audits and manual assistive-technology reviews (e.g., NVDA/JAWS/VoiceOver), across major browsers and devices.

5. Compatibility and Technical Requirements

The website is designed to be compatible with the latest versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari on current desktop and mobile operating systems. Optimal access may require enabling JavaScript and style sheets. We cannot guarantee full compatibility with outdated browsers or unsupported assistive technologies.

6. Continuous Improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. Cyblink conducts periodic audits, defect tracking, and remediation sprints. Where strict conformance would impose a disproportionate burden or is limited by third-party dependencies, we provide reasonable accommodations or alternative means of access where feasible.

7. Third-Party Content and Platforms

Our website may include or link to third-party content, widgets, or services. While we encourage suppliers to meet WCAG 2.1 AA, Cyblink does not control their source code and cannot guarantee their conformance. We will, where practicable, seek accessible alternatives or raise issues with the provider.

8. Feedback, Requests, and Contact

We welcome accessibility feedback and requests for reasonable accommodation.

Please include: the page URL, description of the issue, your browser/OS, assistive technology (if any), and screenshots or steps to reproduce.

Response time: We acknowledge queries within 5 business days and aim to provide a substantive response or an accessible alternative within 20 business days, subject to complexity.

9. Enforcement and Escalation

If you believe your concern remains unresolved, you may escalate to the Accessibility Coordinator at accessibility@cyblink.ai (subject line: "Escalation – Accessibility"). You may also have rights to lodge a complaint with your local regulator or equality body, depending on jurisdiction.

10. Procurement and Design Governance

Cyblink's procurement and development processes incorporate accessibility criteria. Vendors are expected to document accessibility posture (e.g., WCAG conformance notes or VPAT/EN 301 549 statements) and cooperate in remediation where issues are identified.

11. Reservation of Rights

Nothing in this Statement constitutes a warranty that every page or component will be fully accessible to every user at all times. Cyblink reserves the right to update this Statement and to balance accessibility with security, privacy, brand, and technical constraints, while striving for the highest feasible level of accessibility.
